An Odoo Project Leader who lead the team & translates the business needs into Odoo configurations, customizing the system to meet specific client requirements. They gather requirements, configure modules, train users, and provide ongoing support, ensuring smooth Odoo adoption and user satisfaction.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Odoo modules
- Implement and integrate Odoo modules into client systems.
- Provide training to end-users on using Odoo effectively
- Ensure data integrity by conducting data audits and cleansing.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 5+ years of relevant experience in any Odoo/ any ERP Implementation
- Experience in managing Odoo/ any ERP implementation projects
- Create and maintain user documentation for smooth Odoo adoption.
Nice to have
- Analyze business needs and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules
- Experience in managing Odoo implementation projects
- Strong analytical skills
