Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire recruitment cycle
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Strong in Negotiation 
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Freshers or up to 1+ experience
  • Perfect written English
       
    Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • HR-related laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
